I am a life coach and menopause coach; however, I am not a medical professional, therapist, counselor, or licensed expert in the fields of perimenopause, menopause, health, mental health, ADHD, or any other topics discussed on this website. My coaching approach focuses on support, guidance, and encouragement. I am not qualified to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.
I share my own experiences in navigating these areas to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges. My goal is to provide insights and support by sharing what I’ve learned on my journey, while helping others find clarity and encouragement through coaching.
Please keep in mind, however, that my content is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological advice. If you need specific medical or psychological guidance, I strongly encourage you to consult with a qualified healthcare provider or licensed therapist.
Alongside my personal stories and coaching insights, I may share resources from qualified experts, including articles, books, and tools I’ve found helpful. These resources are meant as supplementary support, and I recommend reviewing them critically and consulting professionals as needed.
This space is for anyone who feels connected to the topics I write about—whether you're navigating perimenopause, ADHD, or midlife transitions. While I speak from my own experience as an AFAB (assigned female at birth) woman, I strive to make the content as inclusive and relatable as possible for everyone.
The information I share comes from my training and my personal experiences, as well as from resources and experts that I trust and have found helpful. I always strive to cite credible sources, but I encourage you to consult professionals for any specific advice.
I regularly share resources like articles, books, podcasts, and tools that I’ve found helpful in navigating perimenopause and ADHD. You can find these in the Resources section.

The butterfly represents transformation, growth, and freedom. For me, it symbolizes the wandering and often scattered thoughts that come with an ADHD brain, especially during the perimenopausal stage of life. Just as a butterfly flits from flower to flower, seemingly without a clear path, our thoughts can feel untethered and distracted. But over time, there's beauty and purpose in that wandering. The butterfly also serves as a reminder that even in periods of change and uncertainty, there's transformation and growth taking place beneath the surface, leading to new, vibrant forms of understanding and self-acceptance.
A group of butterflies is called a "kaleidoscope," which perfectly symbolizes the diversity and beauty of transformation. Much like how a kaleidoscope shifts and changes patterns with each movement, our community represents the many facets of life—especially the unique experiences of those navigating ADHD, perimenopause, and midlife transitions. Each member of the community brings their own experiences, colors, and perspectives, creating a vibrant and ever-changing collective that celebrates growth, self-discovery, and the beauty of life's transformations.
While I strive to share accurate information based on reputable sources and personal experience, the content on this site is not medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider for accurate medical information and guidance.
