Living a life of freedom means creating space for what truly matters; making choices that feel authentic to who you are and what you care about most. A late diagnosis of ADHD, midlife, and motherhood present the perfect opportunity to take stock of who and what matters most.
I’m Liza, a life coach and menopause coach living in the US Midwest with my spouse and our three young kids. As a woman in midlife, I was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD—a discovery that’s been both overwhelming and enlightening. Now, I’m learning to work with my brain instead of against it while creating a more intentional, peaceful life for myself and my family. I hope to help others do the same!
A note on identity: I was born AFAB (assigned female at birth), and I identify as a straight, cis, neuro divergent, white mother. While I can only speak from my own experience, this space is open and welcoming to everyone, no matter how you identify.
Whether you relate to being neuro divergent, a parent, in perimenopause, or any combination thereof, you'll find something for you here. We'll problem solve and exchange tips. Let's support each other through all the things!
